Custody of baby Rubaiyat Kher is with the mother i.e. the petitioner. 2.

It is agreed that the father : respondent No.2 would for the moment be given weekly access to meet his daughter and the modalities of the access and a reasonable time which the father can spend with the daughter would be mutually agreed upon and failing a settlement, before the Guardian Court. 3.

Therefore, instant writ petition which seeks production of baby Rubaiyat Kher has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such, but with a direction that respondent No.2 shall have access to his infant daughter W.P.(CRL) 1164/2016

one day in a week.
