The post-dated cheques handed over by the respondent towards the outstanding dues have been encashed by the petitioner. Ms. Aruna Bajaj, who is present in Court, submits that all the postdated cheques have been honoured and encashed by her. Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications in the aforesaid terms.
