The present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (formerly Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks quashing of FIR No. 207/2020 registered under Section 376/323/313/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Burari and all other proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of a Compromise Deed executed between the parties on 26th July, 2024. 2.

It is observed that Respondent No. 2 has not been appearing in the matter. In view thereof, counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail appropriate remedies as may be available in law.
