% 26.08.2016 By the present petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.48/2013 under Section 452/354/506 IPC registered at PS Farsh Bazar on the ground that the parties have settled the matter. A perusal of the status report reveals that earlier also one more FIR was registered against the petitioner being FIR No.367/05 under Sections 323/341/354/506 IPC at PS Tilak Nagar by a different complainant. The proceedings in FIR No.367/05 are still pending for trial. Considering the fact that this is the second involvement of the petitioner for an offence of molestation of a woman, I do not find it to be a CRL.M.C. 1465/2016

fit case to quash the FIR even though the parties may have settled the matter. Petition is dismissed.
