% 11.05.2018 CM No.19655/2018 (for modification of order dt. 01.05.2018) This application is listed for correction of the order dated 01.05.2018, which erroneously recorded that notice was issued to the respondents/ defendants. The error is to be rectified.

In the circumstance, the following line of the aforesaid order dated 01.05.2018 shall be deemed to be deleted:- "3.......Although, the Trial Court issued notice to the respondents/defendants, it did not deem it appropriate to appoint a Receiver rightaway"

The application is allowed.
