The plaintiff filed this suit for partition of property No.J-12/39A, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, to enforce the right of pre-emption therein and for permanent injunction.

The suit was entertained and vide ex-parte ad-interim order dated 22nd April, 2016, the defendants in the suit namely Mr. Jagmonhan Singh Bawa and Mr. Harvinder Singh Bawa, were restrained from transferring their rights in the said property to any third party purchaser. 3.
The defendants have filed a joint written statement. 4.
The counsel for the plaintiff states that the defendants have since transferred their rights in the property by a registered sale deed in favour of the plaintiff.

The counsel for the plaintiff however states that arguments on the pleas taken by the defendants in their written statement need to be heard. 7.
I have enquired, as to what claim remains in the suit. 8.
The counsel for the plaintiff fairly states that none. 9.
If that be so, then the Court is not to indulge in academic exercise. 10.
Recording the aforesaid fact, the suit is disposed of as satisfied. No costs.
