Learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and the judgment debtor has already acted in accordance with the terms of the settlement. 2.

In these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication of the present petition.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is made clear that the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.
