BAIL APPLN.786/2016 This is application under Section 439 of Cr.PC moved by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 0173/2015 under Sections 120B/420/467/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station Timarpur, Delhi.
It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that an oral settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and the complainant as such the petitioners be released on bail. It is submitted by counsel for the complainant that it is a large job racket which is being run by the petitioners and the complainant was also duped by the petitioners. He was given a cheque for a sum of Rs.5 lacs, however, the same was dishonoured and thereafter present complaint was filed. Now the petitioners have approached the complainant whereby they wish to pay a sum of Rs.2 lac at the time of grant of bail and the balance sum of Rs.3 lac thereafter. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State seeks time to file status report. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the bail application.
