CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 26.11.2018 1.

The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 06.04.2018. By the said order, the petitioner was informed of the demolition drive and the proposed action to remove the petitioners from the shop occupied by them.

2.

It is seen that the petitioner no.2's brother had also filed a petition (WP(C) No.4381/2018, Anju Sharma and Anr. v. Govt. of NCT and Ors.) seeking a similar relief. The said petition was disposed of by an order dated 30.08.2018. In the said order, this Court had noticed that the petitioners had no right to occupy the site in question and, therefore, no relief could be granted to them. The said reasons are equally applicable to the petitioners in

this case and no relief can be granted to them as well. 3.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The pending application also stands disposed of.
