% 18.02.2016 CS(OS) 2052/2011 Matter has been listed today by the Registry pursuant order dated 8.2.2016 of Ld. District & Session Judge (East District) Karkardooma Courts where it is mentioned that the case does not falls within the jurisdiction of the said Court but falls in the jurisdiction of Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court. All suits including the present suit of the value of less than 1 crore have already been ordered to be transferred vide notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015. In pursuance to the said notification the case was sent before the Court of Ld. District Judge, East District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi vide order dated 30.11.2015, which was a ministerial order for the purpose of sending the case file to concerned district Court having territorial and pecuniary

jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the parties have already submitted that the present case falls in the jurisdiction of Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts. In view of the same and in view of the aforesaid order dated 8.2.2016, the ministerial Order dated 30.11.2015 is modified and present matter stands transferred to the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts Complex for 4th August, 2016. Parties are directed to appear there at 10:00 am.
