Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 19th April, 2016, the respondents were directed to afford a fresh opportunity of hearing to the petitioners on 20th April, 2016 at 04:00 p.m. and to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law on or before 21st April, 2016. It is submitted that the petitioners appeared before the respondents on 20th April, 2016.

During the course of hearing, the petitioners requested the respondents to show the movie "Santa Banta Pvt. Ltd.". However, the respondents refused to show the movie whereupon written objections were submitted to the respondents at the time of hearing. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the appropriate opportunity of hearing has been provided to the petitioners and an order

dated 21st April, 2016 has been passed by the respondents. Copy of the order dated 21st April, 2016 is handed over and taken on record. Copy of the order dated 21st April, 2016 is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners.

This Court is of the view that no case for initiating proceedings for contempt of the order dated 19th April, 2016 is made out. The application is, therefore, dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to them against the order dated 21st April, 2016, copy whereof has been furnished by learned counsel for the respondents to learned counsel for the petitioners today in Court. 4.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
