% 01.03.2016 In view of the last order, learned counsel for the respondents was to take instruction from his clients, as per suggestion given by the learned counsel for the petitioner that let the sole Arbitrator be appointed instead of panel of three members. Learned counsel for the respondents upon instruction submitted that his client are not agreeable to the suggestion, however, they have no objection if the proceedings be expedited. Learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable for the same. Under these circumstances, the petition is disposed of.

Respondents are directed to appoint the panel of arbitrators within three days. As far as the objections of the respondents about the limitation as well as the supplementary agreement are concerned, the same will also be considered by the panel of the arbitrators.

Copy of the order be given dasti to both the parties. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
