CM(M) 359/2016 & C.M. No.14243/2016 (stay) Petitioner is aggrieved by the finding returned in the impugned order dated 10.12.2015 vide which his application filed by him under Order XIV Rule 5 of the CPC seeking framing of certain additional issues (as detailed in para 4 of the said application) had been refused. The Trial Court has correctly noted that issue no.1 which was framed on 29.3.2015 will encompass all these issues. The Trial Court shall ensure that all these issues now sought to be raised by way of this application will be dealt with while disposing of issue no.1.

With these directions, petition disposed of.
