% 27.01.2016 This is a suit for recovery valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that defendant no.2 is located at West Shalimar Bagh where cause of action also arose which falls under the jurisdiction of District North-West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District North-West, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-West), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North-West), Rohini, Delhi on 11.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
