Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a similar matter bearing W.P.(C)6421/2015 titled Kamal Kumar Baugh v. Railway Board, this Court has permitted the petitioner therein to install the parcel management system on certain directions. Copy of the order dated 7th July, 2015 passed in W.P.(C)6421/2015 has been placed on record as Annexure P-14. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks similar order in this petition. 3.
Let the respondent treat copy of this writ petition as a representation to be considered by the respondent within a period of four weeks. The respondent shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order which shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week of the passing of the order. 4.
This writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. 5.
Needless to say in the event of the petitioner not being satisfied with the speaking order to be passed by the respondent, the petitioner shall be at
liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to the petitioner against the said order.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
