By this application, the petitioner seeks waving of the cost imposed vide order dated 4th May, 2018.

On 4th May, 2018 while dismissing the writ petition this Court noted that an incorrect affidavit was filed before this Court that no other similar application/petition has been filed before this Court or before any other Court of Law or before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 3.

The explanation does not say that the facts noted in the order dated 4th May, 2018 are incorrect. The ground taken is that the earlier counsel was directed to withdraw the petition but he still continued to file W.P.(CRL) 1391/2018

the petition.

Thus this Court finds no ground to wave of the cost imposed vide order dated 4th May, 2018.

Application is dismissed.
