% 27.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the limited grievance raised by the petitioner is that its appeals dated 21.02.2017, has not been decided by the respondents till date, even though the petitioner was given a hearing on 14.12.2017.

Ms.Arunima Dwivedi, Advocate who appears on advance notice for the respondents, fairly does not oppose the aforesaid limited prayer made by the petitioner. She assures the Court that a decision would be taken on the petitioner's appeals within 12 weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the petitioner's appeals within 12

weeks from today.

Needless to say that in case the petitioner is aggrieved, it will be open to the petitioner to take legal recourse as permissible under law.
