O R D E R

% 27.04.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners and respondent no.2, inasmuch as, settled amount stands paid. 'No Objection Certificate' has been placed on record.

Learned counsel further submits that respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR No. 2291/2015 under Sections 135/150 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 registered at police station Malviya Nagar and the consequent proceedings are quashed.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, inasmuch as, settled amount having been paid,

aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
