% 27.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of recommendation dated 19.03.2018 made by Standing Appellate Committee of the respondent as also the recommendation dated 04.04.2018 of the Standing Appellate Committee Scrutiny. The petitioner has further sought a direction to the respondent to conduct its expert visit and thereafter process the petitioner's application for the academic session 2018-2019.

Mr.Anil Soni, Advocate who appears, on advance notice, for the respondent submits that the petitioner has already been given a hearing on 26.04.2018 and a decision on the petitioner's application would be taken on or before 30.04.2018 and the same would be duly

communicated to the petitioner and would be uploaded on the website.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and seeks liberty to challenge the final order to be passed by the respondent, if the need so arises. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.

Needless to say that the Court has not expressed merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner.
