% 19.01.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file SLP and re-establish ties.
A status report has been filed which indicated that the mother of the petitioner was not in a condition to stand surety. Further the wife and the children of the petitioner are living in the wife's parental home and the wife also stated that she was not in a position to stand surety for the petitioner as she has no control. It is thus apparent that the family members have no control over the petitioner and they do not want to re-establish ties with him. Thus, the prayer for grant of parole for re-establishing ties cannot be entertained. As regards filing of the SLP, the same can be filed through the W.P.(CRL) 1366/2016
jail counsel. Consequently, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the order of the competent authority rejecting the parole of the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
