% 13.04.2018 Learned counsel for Appellants submits that he wishes to withdraw the present appeal as he wishes to file a review petition before the Trial Court.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the review petition, if maintainable in law. Pending application also stands disposed of as infructuous. Counsel for the Respondent submits that the liberty may be construed as an order allowing the Appellant to file a Review. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the issue of maintainability of the review petition.
