CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.S.TEJI

O R D E R

% 02.08.2018 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner could be met out if the petitioner is permitted to file the representation against the quantum of punishment and the respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass the order upon the same. It is further submitted that if the petitioner would not be satisfied with the order passed on the representation, then liberty should be left with the petitioner to challenge the same.

In the facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation against just the quantum of punishment whether in the present case the punishment awarded of termination is justified or there could have been possibility of lesser punishment. The representation shall be made within seven days from today and shall be decided within two months by passing a detailed order.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order so passed by the respondents, if so aggrieved.

The present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. P.S.TEJI, J AUGUST 02, 2018 dd
