% 12.08.2016 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 105/2013 under Section 376(2) (n) IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act registered at PS Khayala. Learned APP for the State points out that out of 17 prosecution witnesses, 12 have already been examined including the two victims who were aged 9 and 13 years at the time of incident. Only 5 formal witnesses are to be examined who will be produced before the learned Trial Court on 16th September, 2016 and endeavour will be made to examine all these witnesses.

Learned Trial Court is requested to expeditiously conclude the trial. In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
