By the present petition the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.634/2014 under Section 307 IPC registered at PS Vasant Vihar. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner and the complainant were having an affair. When the petitioner was released on bail he was injured for which an FIR was registered. The allegations against the petitioner are not proved.

Learned APP for the State on the other hand contends that not only the complainant has proved her case during the trial, but it is also supported by independent evidence, the trial is at the fag end and the matter is listed for final arguments on 30th August, 2016 before the learned Trial Court. 4.
The allegations against the petitioner are that he inflicted three knife injuries on the neck of the complainant, four injuries on her breast and one BAIL APPLN. 801/2016
on the back. The blood stained shirt of the petitioner has already been recovered. The petitioner also sent messages to his room partner about the incident which have also been proved by the prosecution. The petitioner was earlier also involved in FIR No. 137/2013 under Sections 354/506/509 IPC lodged by the same complainant.

Considering the facts of the case and that the trial is at the fag end, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
Petition is dismissed.
