O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) 34/2018 This petition under Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner as the Arbitrator appointed by this court vide its order dated 24.10.2016 passed in ARB.P. 464/2016 has tendered his resignation and the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) has requested the parties to approach this Court for the appointment of a Substitute Arbitrator. With the consent of the parties, the parties are referred to the DIAC who shall appoint a Substitute Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The proceedings will resume from the stage on which they were before the earlier arbitrator.

The petition is allowed with the above directions. Dasti.
