1. It is stated that the challenge in these petitions is to an Award passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal (AT) which held that the recommendations made by the Disputes Resolution Board (DRB) would bind the NHAI. In the meanwhile, the payments in respect of the claims which were made by the O.M.P. 473/2008; 46/2009
Respondent have already been released to the Respondent rendering the entire issue academic.
