O R D E R

% 07.09.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized being permitted by respondent No.1 under the garb of Barat Ghar, plot No. E-8A, Gali No. 11, Sushila Road, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi. Status report has been filed by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation. It is stated that the building plans qua the aforenoted property have been sanctioned on 03.12.2013. The unauthorized construction had been raised in the shape of deviations on the stilt, ground and first floors which had been booked on 11.02.2015. The unauthorized construction in the shape of deviation on the second floor had been booked on 01.05.2015. Demolition orders were passed separately on 25.02.2015 and 13.05.2015 respectively. Work stop notice has also been issued and the concerned SHO, PS Adarsh Nagar

was also duly informed with the request to stop the construction activities at site. Demolition program was booked thereafter but because of unavailability of staff/police force, demolition could only be effected partially on 01.10.2015. It is stated that the next date fixed for demolition is now tomorrow i.e. 08.09.2016. This has been orally submitted to this Court. The undertaking of the respondent that all actions in true letter and spirit in accordance with the aforenoted demolition orders will be taken is noted. The concerned SHO will provide assistance to the Corporation.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
