% 18.04.2016 Since learned counsel for the petitioner states that in similar cases, the Criminal Courts have released the Ultrasound Machineries on superdari basis, the present writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a similar application in the criminal case pending against him.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition and the application are disposed of.

This Court however clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
