% 17.04.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 12th July, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 2156/2016 and order dated 12th January, 2017 passed in Cont.Cas(C) 24/2017 whereby the petitioner's application under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act was directed to be disposed of.

Today, learned counsel for respondent has handed over a photocopy of the order dated 13th April, 2017 by virtue of which the petitioner's application under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act has been disposed of. The same is taken on record.

In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid order, he is given liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
