% 07.05.2018 The appellant's grievance is entirely factual - especially it relates to the appreciation of material before the learned Single Judge. In the circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that if there is any grievance, he should first approach the learned Single Judge with an appropriate request for review on the question of correct totalling of the re-valued marks. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks liberty to approach the learned Single Judge with a review petition and in the light of this development withdraw the present appeal.
