% 24.05.2017 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled all their disputes through the process of mediation. The settlement agreement dated 23.05.2017 has been placed on record. The terms of the settlement are recorded in paragraph 6(a) to 6(f). I have perused the terms and conditions and find them to be lawful.

The petitioner is present in court. He undertakes to abide by the terms of the settlement and the undertaking recorded in paragraphs 6(a) to 6(f). The undertaking is accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.
