% 19.05.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.3.2016 on which date the application filed by the defendant/non-applicant under Section 151 of the CPC seeking certain directions was dismissed as not pressed. Per contra, the application filed by the petitioner/plaintiff seeking cost to be imposed upon the non-applicant under Order 15A of the CPC had also been considered but the Court had noted that since the application filed by the defendant was not pressed there was no scope for impugning cost. The Court had acted wisely in its discretion. This petition has no merit. Dismissed. INDERMEET KAUR, J MAY 19, 2016 ndn
