CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH

O R D E R

% 29.08.2016 1.

This petition was disposed of by this court on 27.4.2016 with the direction to the trial court to dispose of the objections filed by the brother of the judgment debtor within four months from that date. 2.

The period of four months has expired. The trial court has sent a report stating that the judgment debtor has been declared as proclaimed offender. Notice is unserved on the said judgment debtor. The trial court has sought extension of time for disposal of the objections. 3.

Time for disposal of the objections is extended by another period of three months from today. The trial court may consider proceeding taking appropriate steps as per law for service on the said judgment debtor. It may also be noted that the objections are filed by the brother of the judgment debtor and it is for the objector to press his objections. No further directions are needed.
