% 18.08.2017 After some hearing the counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal directed against the order dated 15.01.2016 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal passed on second claim petition filed by him (MACT No.185/2015), though requesting for liberty to move the Tribunal for revival of the proceedings of the first claim case (Claim Petition No.584/2008) on the basis of subsequent developments.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed, which is subject to all just exceptions including legal objections, if any, by the opposite parties.
