The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for directions to the respondent- Indian Army to consider and dispose of his representation dated 27th January, 2016 for approval to induct him to the UN mission as a part of the contingent of 14 Grenadiers scheduled to leave in July, 2016. The petitioner also seeks quashing of the order dated 23rd December, 2015 passed by the respondents, whereunder he was informed that his Unit has already availed of the UN Mission and therefore, he cannot be posted with the 14 Grenadiers. 2.
Ms. Abha Malhotra, learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice submits that in view of the limited relief prayed for in Prayer-B of the petition, which is for directions to the W.P.(C) 3666/2016
respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21st July, 2016 (Annexure P-7), the respondents shall consider and decide the said representation (Annexure P-7) within six weeks in accordance with the law.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition and the applications are disposed with directions to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 21st July, 2016 (Annexure P-7) within six weeks, under written intimation to the petitioner.
