1. Despite three opportunities since 13th May, 2016, the Revenue has not taken any steps to serve notice on the Respondent. The Court, therefore, does not find the need to grant any further indulgence. The notice was confined to one issue i.e., the employees' contribution to the EPF and ESI. This question is left open to be decided in an appropriate case.
