The applicant Society which was not impleaded as a party respondent urges that the order under Section 61 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 directing inspection, and the interim order staying the enquiry - made by the Financial Commissioner on 16.04.2015 was withheld. A copy of the Financial Commissioner's order has been placed on the record at page 142 of the paperbook. It shows that the Financial Commissioner had directed stay of operation of the order directing enquiry dated 13.03.2015. In the circumstances,

the operation of the official order disposing of the petition on 09.05.2016 is hereby suspended till the next date of hearing. List on 01.08.2016.
