% 30.09.2016 CM Nos. 36054/2016 (for withdrawal of amount) The petitioner had preferred the writ petition, which was allowed by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2015 and the case was remanded back to the Labour Court for adjudication and deciding the matter after affording reasonable opportunities to both the parties in accordance with law. On 30.07.2012, at the time of issuance of notice, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court with a direction to keep the said amount in a fixed deposit, initially for a period of six months, to be renewed automatically.

Since the writ petition has been allowed, by this application the petitioner has sought the withdrawal of the aforesaid deposited amount. Let the said amount alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date be released to the applicant/petitioner.

The application stands disposed off.
