% 18.02.2019 Vide impugned order of 6th April, 2018, respondent was permitted to go to China for a period of one month upon the conditions imposed vide said order. Quashing of aforesaid order is sought in this petition. While entertaining this petition, no interim orders were passed. Now, the period of one month is also over. According to petitioner's counsel, respondent has not returned back to India. In view of aforesaid, this petition and the application are disposed of as infructuous with direction to trial court to secure the presence of respondent.
