O R D E R

% 24.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably;

therefore, FIR No.81/2009 under Sections 323/324/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nabi Karim on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Petitioners are relatives of respondent no. 2. It is submitted that a dispute arose between them on some trivial matter, which had led to registration of the present FIR. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Mahrab Alam, P.S. Nabi Karim.

Statement of respondent no. 2, on oath, has been recorded separately. Respondent no. 2 further submits that he has settled the matter

with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and he has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between petitioners and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.81/2009 under Sections 323/324/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nabi Karim and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
