None appears for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and she states that she had no objection if the present petition is allowed.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the case bearing no.7086/2016, captioned 'Amrita Tandon v. Rekha Satija', be transferred from the court of learned Senior Civil Judge (East District), Karkardooma, Delhi to any other Court of competent jurisdiction. It is stated that the suit property is located in the Shahdara District and, therefore, the suit is required to be considered by the learned Civil Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi.

Since, there is no opposition to the aforesaid prayer, the same is allowed. Suit No.7086/2016 captioned 'Amrita Tandon v. Rekha Satija' is

transferred to the concerned court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex. The parties shall appear before the concerned court on 30.05.2019.

The petition is disposed of. The pending applications stand disposed of.
