Vide the said order this Court had directed the respondent No. 2 to decide the appeal dated 23rd March, 2012 of the petitioner in accordance with law within four weeks. Mr. Kamal Kant Jha, learned counsel for the respondent/applicant states that the said period has expired on 20th June, 2016. Petitioner who is present in person has no objection if time of two weeks is granted for compliance of the order dated 20th May, 2016. Noting the aforesaid, the time for compliance of order dated 20th May,

2016 is extended by two weeks from today.

The application is disposed of.
