% 23.02.2017 Dr.Amit George, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 and 4 states, a decision has been taken by the Academic Council of the University on 25th January, 2017 whereby, it has been resolved that the result of the petitioner in paper CE-313 be declared. He states that this being the primary prayer in the writ petition, the petition has become infructuous.

In view of the statement made by Dr.Amit George, Mr.Malaya Kumar Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is expected that the result shall be communicated to the petitioner within four weeks. If the petitioner has any grievance with the result and the consequential action if any, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek such remedy as available to him in law.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
