% 08.09.2016 Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner No.1 is the BC of the area and has been externed. He further states that besides respondent No.2 there are two other victims who have not been impleaded as parties.

Considering the fact that there are as many as nine other involvements of the petitioner No.1 and he has been externed which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I do not find it to be fit case to quash the FIR on the basis of compromise.

Petition is dismissed.
