% 17.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by certain actions / inactions on the part of respondent No. 3. His submission is that the In-House inquiry set up by respondent No. 3 appears to be biased, it is not fair; this is his apprehension. This has led to file the present petition. The counter affidavit has been filed by respondent No. 3. Record shows that a complaint dated 24.06.2014 had been addressed to the Hon'ble Prime Minister; it had been endorsed to respondent No. 3; contention in the complaint was that there were certain illegalities being committed by the officers of respondent No. 3 which the petitioner wanted to bring to the notice of respondent No. 3. At the same time, he had also sought extension of approval for the academic session 2014-15. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is not really pressing his prayer for an approval to his institution. His

second prayer alone subsists.

In the counter affidavit, learned counsel for respondent has pointed out that an In-House Committee had been set up as per the guidelines of respondent No. 3 which is the One Man Justice Commission (OMJC) and the person appointed in the instant case is a retired Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, namely, Justice N.L. Tibrewal. He was in the process of conducting an inquiry and the Chairman of the petitioner Mr. Devendra Gupta had in fact appeared before the Committee on 19.06.2015 and had sought time to file document. He had thereafter never appeared.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that he will be satisfied if the OMJC carries out its inquiry and completes it within time bound period. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the inquiry shall be completed, the petitioner cooperating with the Committee, within eight weeks. Ordered accordingly.

Petition is disposed of.
