The counsel for the plaintiff TV Today Network Limited, the counsel for the defendant No.1 Independent News Service Private Limited India TV Broadcast Centre and the counsel for the defendant No.2 Morph Information Technologies Private Limited, in this suit for permanent injunction restraining infringement of intellectual property rights and for ancillary reliefs and in which there is no interim order till now, state that the plaintiff has arrived at a compromise/settlement with each of the two defendants separately and separate applications under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 were filed but which could not be listed today owing to some objections therein and which have since been removed and the applications are scheduled to be listed on Monday i.e. 5th February, 2018.

The counsels have been asked to hand over copies of the applications in the Court and the same are taken on record. 3.

The original applications be called for from the Registry, after having the same numbered.

The counsels state that the applications handed over are true copies of the originals thereof in the Registry.

I have perused the compromise arrived at by the plaintiff with each of the two defendants and finding the same to be lawful and allow the same. 6.

A decree is passed between the plaintiff and defendant No.1 in terms of IA No.1634/2018 and a decree is passed between the plaintiff and the defendant No.2 in terms of IA No.1633/2018, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

Decree sheet be drawn up.
