Issue notice to respondent No.1. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 accepts notice.

The petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to decide his representation dated 27th October, 2015 by a speaking order. 3.

Let the copy of the writ petition be treated as petitioner's representation. Respondent No.1 shall consider the copy of this writ petition and the petitioner's representation dated 27th October, 2015. Respondent No.1 shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. The date of hearing be intimated to the petitioner as well as his counsel. The decision on the petitioner's representation be taken within a period of four weeks, thereafter, by a speaking order. The copy of the speaking order to be passed by DDA be sent to the petitioner within a period of two weeks of the decision.

The petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision of respondent No.1, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to him in accordance with law. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
