% 22.09.2017 R.P. Nos. 527/2016 & 45/2017 and C.M. Nos. 44793/2016 & 4562/2017 Counsel for the non-applicant Ashok Kumar and others has informed that the Delhi State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation has preferred a Special Leave Petition against the judgment dated 14th July, 2015 in which notice has been issued and the judgment of which review is sought is pending consideration before the Supreme Court. In the Special Leave Petition preferred by the Delhi Development Authority, leave was granted and thereafter vide a speaking order dated 10th May, 2016, the Civil Appeal was dismissed. Consequent to the said dismissal, the Special Leave Petition (C) No.11428/2016 preferred by the Government of NCT of Delhi was dismissed on 12th July, 2016. In view of the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the applicants seek permission to withdraw the present review petitions and the applications seeking condonation of delay with liberty to approach the Supreme Court by way of an appropriate application.

Recording the statements, the review applications and the applications seeking condonation of delay are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
