% 20.02.2024 Matter has been placed before Court on an order passed by the learned Joint Registrar (Judicial) on 04.01.2024 recording that SI Prinsh Sharma, PS: Geeta Colony, who was present in Court, has handed over a death report of the Respondent.

As per the report, on inquiry from the brother of the Respondent i.e. Mr. Sourabh Kapoor, he stated that the Respondent has expired on 23.09.2023 and was cremated at Geeta Colony Shamshan Ghat. He has also provided receipt of cremation along with the report. Since Respondent has expired and the factum of his death has been verified by the IO, present petition stands abated. No further orders are required to be passed.
