% 15.05.2018 The Court is of the opinion that there is no merit in the appeal especially when the writ petition is bereft of the relevant particulars on which and at what point of time the petitioner was denied admission by the school. As far as the grievance with respect to the cut-off date after the admission, according to the judgment in another writ petition (Neeraj Kumar Vs. Venkateswar Global School WP(C) 7945/2017) is concerned, the Court has already issued notice in LPA No.255/2018; it raises the same concern. In these circumstances, no relief can be granted. The appeal is dismissed.
